3-2-5, a framework

YOU, as apostles, as foundations layers, as spiritual entrepreneurs, you are out there in the world crushing it. Does it feel like it? Probably not. You are handling 1,000 tasks and projects and managing people and loving your families and your communities and and and...
It's a lot. We get it. We get it because we too, live it.

As such, we just wanted to send a few gentle prompts for you to prayerfully consider this week, outlined by our diffuse framework, the 3-2-5:
The 3. Mission, Community and Worship overlap in that beautiful Venn diagram of the Mystery of Christ. What pause do you need to take, leader, to guide your team through some type of worship? To re-center the mission, to align together, to hear from God. Maybe it's extended prayer time. Maybe it's a read through a favorite passage of scripture. Maybe it's a moment of meditation, quietly, but together, in nature.
The 2. The Playground, where we play and experiment and fail and the Dugout, where we reconvene for encouragement, strategy, replenishment and a pat on the back. What time do you have carved out for your dugout this month? Have you called for a lunch, a zoom, a gathering of some sort? Have you calendared it? What do you need to get back out there and play?
The 5. Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Shepherd, Teacher (APEST). You as apostle make foundations, you go and plant and start things. But you cannot do it alone, leader. The full buildout of the team is of the utmost importance. Who is missing from your team so that it will sustain the organization after you pivot to the next innovative launch? What call do you need to make, what email do you need to send, what plans do you need to make to bring on that next new teammate?
May you take a moment and ask the Lord where to guide you in your leadership this week. We are cheering for you and we believe in you and well, we love you.
If a monthly or quarterly triad makes sense in your schedule and will help you feel encouraged, let us know.

Thank you, Angie! Also, table 3 is still going strong - I emailed the ladies today!
This is a great reminder! Thanks!
